Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings.
Dear organizers of the race, Mr. and Mrs. principals and
staff of teachers and administrators. Dear friends of students.
Before I begin to give a speech, I would like to invite you
all to give thanks to the presence of Almighty God, who has given grace and
hidayahnya, so that we can gather in this blessed place. And I also do not
forget to offer sholawat and greetings to our prophet Muhammad, which has
brought us from the dark ages into the light benerang times as we enjoy today.
If we talk about the National Education, our
imagination immediately drawn to the father of the first teacher education is
the father of the late Dr. Ki Hajar Devantoro. He is the pioneer of education
for the sons and daughters of Indonesia, as well as a battering ram his
stupidity and ignorance, leading to a road bright.
If we remember the character of the National Education Mr. Ki
Hajar Devantoro, we also remember the basics / concepts for an educator to
students. According to him the basic concepts of an educator or leader is as
follows:

ING MADYO Mangun Karso
TUT WURI HANDAYANI
That is ING Ngarso SUNG TULODO, namely a leader behavior and
attitude should be a role model for his subordinates or lead.
Moderate means ING MADYO Mangun Karso, that a leader should
be able to raise the spirit to work and work. Do just the opposite of a leader
becomes pengendor and deflaters for the people bawahanya.
And TUT Wuri HANDAYANI means is that a leader must be able to
encourage people to be brave fosterage goes ahead and could be responsible for
his actions.
Ladies and Gentlemen!
Education for a nation that is being developed or being
developed, is a very fundamental thing, because it is a matter of the quality
of a nation. Therefore, by means of a nation's education has prepared cadres or
generations of a nation ready to use, able to carry forward the ideals of
Indonesia that has been initiated by our founding fathers, based on Pancasila
and the 1945 Constitution.

also a human and will occupy a high degree or exalted rank by God.
